Serpent seed theology, (A core doctrine of Branhamism) promotes the idea that Satan slept with Eve and they conceived CAIN and as a result we are to believe that many, many human beings are actually from that lineage (Not Adam/Eve's [aka: God's] lineage which they claim is through Abel's line only), and as such these "devil's seed" children are not true candidates for salvation. Eternal judgement is the only end game option for these mortals, even though they never asked to be this way, that's just how it is.
TOO BAD. Oh well, off to hell with them!
I say, absolute rubbish!! I say BLASPHEMY. Before I utterly destroy this false doctrine with scripture below, let's learn a little about what this doctrine REALLY is, and by that I mean the genuine spiritual motivation as to
why it's believed by anyone, of which I will point out 3 spiritual motivations/reasons:
Serpent seed theology - the demonic spirit at it's root (hate)

FIRST CARNAL MOTIVATION - Justifying a weak god's lack of will and/or ability to SAVE.
This teachings seeks to excuse the (much deserved and important) guilt in the heart of a sincere believer who has come to be taught that God will eternally punish His own creation with no chance of justice being recompensed and the punishment ending (and hence serving a real purpose) and yet they have met people in their lives at some point that made them wonder (at least subconsciously) "how could he or she go to hell forever?! How could it be?!"
Knowing that statistically speaking, the vast majority of people will FAIL to gain salvation (in the eternal punishment doctrinal view), naturally they don't want God to come across as being as insensitive and cruel a God as He would be for designing such a brutal failure of a plan in the first place...This heresy assuages the guilt that is the natural God given reaction in a person's heart who already accepts another major heresy (which is: eternal punishment).
As all ungodly unscriptural contradictions do, each one feeds into each another, forming a somewhat cohesive (even if totally unscriptural) whole. Serpent Seed proponents conclude that since God isn't torturing anyone CAPABLE of salvation,
only the devil seed (
probably...how can they know for sure??), who cares!! Sure, they look human, they cry, they pray, they smile and they laugh and they use the bathroom and fart in public just like everyone else, but when someone is soooo disagreeable with a true believers sensitivities (the supposed Serpent seed folks) and their interpretation of how things ought to be, well, THEY HATE THEM, and desire them to suffer! THEY MUST BE THE DEVIL SEED
They don't just hate the sin itself, BUT THEY ACTUALLY HATE THEM. This false doctrine actually gives them a reason to do exactly that. After all, you are hating the devil, not people!
Sigh.
I'm going to disprove this terrible doctrine with scripture (it takes VERY LITTLE), but I want to help you understand the scriptural teaching on salvation a little better before I get there (not a step by step process, but the general overview of the scope), so you can see that even this dark motivation (to deny salvation)
is in vain.
So many believers HATE sinners, so many want them to suffer. So many are aching to scream "I told you so" as those terrible sinners writhe in agony, and they don't blink an eyelash to the fact that Christ didn't want this and taught to LOVE your enemy and what bigger enemy than a sinner to a pious holy Christian
IS THERE? Christ's mission was and IS to SAVE SINNERS, and in fact the WHOLE WORLD (not only the people thinking their salvation was purchased via a 20 second sinner's prayer in a church building, attending once or twice a week, dancing around, paying tithes, etc..

How many Christians believe that verse? Not very many, sadly. It's must easier to JUDGE and CONDEMN something you hate and Christendom has made a big business of doing this. Christ will save the WORLD, and be a complete success and all religious doctrines and sacred teachings to the contrary BE DAMNED.
Despite the wicked doubt in the hearts of so many "Christians" professing God's name and emphasizing His all encompassing love and infinite power one moment, but then denying in the next breath that God CAN and WILL SAVE ALL as scripture teaches HE WILL, His word won't return VOID! HE ABSOLUTELY WILL SAVE ALL. It's a promise and it WILL HAPPEN.

The many (in the verse above in both places) is obviously meaning 'ALL'
because we know that Adam's disobedience in the example given as the first MAN mentioned is referring to the
OT on how we ALL fell from grace (not some of us, not many of us, but clearly ALL HUMANITY), then the same verse
concludes that many (again, actually: ALL, not some, or many, but ALL HUMANITY)
shall be made righteous.
Can we get a witness to this? Of course we can, as with any TRUE doctrine in the Word of God, there is always TWO or MORE to be found! Unlike most of the doctrines in popular Christianity the scriptures are alive with Truth and true doctrine always verifies itself! No man in a suit asking for tithes is needed, just a willingness to love God and humble yourself enough to ask for truth with an attitude that you know very little to nothing already!!

It's the same 'all'! Why don't more believers actually BELIEVE these scriptures? Woe be to those those who embrace man's "theology" and "wisdom" over the more sensible word of God!

This is a verse you won't hear preached in a thousand churches around you. It's one of the most literally (clearly) expressed and powerful versus in the Bible that reveals the true scope and power of God's salvation and his plan of reconciliation for us all, plain as the glorious day is bright, but "who hath believed our report?"

SECOND CARNAL MOTIVATION - Justifying the actions of a fumbling & hypocritical god.
This false doctrine of demons also seeks to release God from rank hypocrisy. (God is not a hypocrite, but man very often IS!) we are admonished to LOVE OUR ENEMIES and DO GOOD TO THEM (and it appears according to popular theology this is just so God can eventually torture them [His own enemies in the end] AND for all eternity) but here is the sneaky part with serpent seed proponents: if God is talking about his "true enemies", those with the supposed Satan seed,
then it's okay for God to torture them, because they never really had a chance at salvation anyways and if we loved them and was kind, well it was a wasted effort anyways. It was a token effort in the end.
Completely unscriptural and blasphemous, but such a belief sears the consciousness LESS of those who have been fooled by this heresy and those who choose to hate instead of LOVE their neighbors and their enemies, against Christ's own words (not to mention, THE ACTIONS OF HIS LIFE)
THE REALITY IS that God simply and cleanly avoids any charge of hypocrisy, not only because he's God, but because according to scripture GOD SAVES ALL. (
eventually, after much judgement for many of us, never immediately, not a walk in the park for anyone, least of all the most grievous sinner) Now, let's think about this: Surely it makes perfect sense to love your enemy! Not the sin, of course not, but THE PERSON, because one day after-all they are going to be in your family! Get over your petty hatreds ye' supposed followers of Christ, DO THE THINGS HE COMMANDED, DON'T JUST PARROT Scripture you agree with an ignore the rest, or attempt to set one verse against another, or you risk extending your own judgement by fire!

Yet another verse not believed by most Christians, I would wager many have never even heard it read to them... hate the sin, and it's effect in the world, but with your heart love the sinner enough to desire salvation and don't plan on it being temporary, the same way that Christ, who WAS, IS AND WILL BE loves them. Ask your pastor what this verse means, and watch him more than likely "limit" it's scope and power if he can answer it at all, as if man could LIMIT God and succeed...

There is no greater perversion of justice than eternal torture for those "God wants to save", even if God hates something, the punishment MUST fit the crime to have ANY justice. Don't believe your religious doctrines over the word and Character of God revealed in the scriptures...the answer to the above questions in the verse, is a loud and resounding:

THIRD CARNAL MOTIVATION - Justifying
hatred in the very heart of you.
The most insidious reason for acceptance of Serpent Seed theology is that it excuses (and in fact promotes!) a bitter hatred
in the very heart of so many believers toward "sinners", a hatred that's very existence contradicts Christ's own admonishment to us to "Love our enemy" as already revealed, but also a hatred that takes the focus off of the person doing the hating (that we are carnal, that we are helpless without God's grace and goodness, and that we are not perfect, and are subject to the same sin and evil as everyone else is. It's only by God's grace and His goodness that we are delivered from it, if not God, we could ALL BE Hitler, a Stalin, or a child molester. It's all of God! We can do nothing FOR God without God FIRST making it come to pass! But don't take my Word for it, take the Lord's Word:

But let me guess...are YOU are the exception to the versus above? Is your church the only one that this verse doesn't apply? Let me assure you of something, YOU ARE NOT. Believe the scriptures. reject the rest! So what hope do we have? Well thankfully we have a God who does care enough despite our failings and this God has made a promise, he will seek us, to the very end, to the very last one, and HE WILL SAVE US. He will not fail even 0.000001% in His mission, but make no mistake IT IS ALL OF GOD, from repentance, to confession, to salvation, ALL OF IT and this holier than thou attitude that swears with a fist raised to heaven that "It's all of my free and mighty will!" is a belief that contradicts the above versus, and God's sovereignty and control revealed in the entirety of Scripture! This supposed Free Will claims God only makes (passively) salvation "available" but ONLY if our sinful will decides to make the most important decision in our lives FIRST before God is ever "allowed" to step in; Those who believe this is in for a
very rude awakening come judgment time. God gets what He wants, how He wants it, when He wants it.
Ask yourself if it could be your pride and your hatred that blinds you to the deeper truths of God's Word. Ask yourself why your God ends up with the same results as the petty angry god of the WestBoro Baptist Church and how that could even remotely be accurate to the Truth of the matter, and Pray in sincerity that God removes these false doctrines from your heart, or they will destroy you and your ability to love with a Godly love.
Here is another verse to contemplate in prayer regarding this:

Better to LOVE! The judgment of those who teach (and truly in their hearts BELIEVE IN) an infinite torturing God is NOT going to be pretty...Of course this severe chastisement WILL result in salvation, as God is not evil, and His grace abounds OVER (not under) SIN! (

Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:), but I wouldn't want to be on that side of the belief concerning our Father in heaven...

Debunking the Serpent Seed theology, with the brilliant clarity of scripture
As with all heresies, they are refuted not by sophisticated arguments (which is what serpent theology and all false doctrines are built on, Trinity, Lucifer, The Rapture, etc...), but rather by a plain reading of Scripture, given WITNESS to itself, and then, most crucially by
believing the scripture over the teaching of men. Add the will of God for the reader to have his eyes and ears OPEN to the truth of the matter, and VIOLA!
It's really that simple.
How easy is it to debunk this heresy with scripture? Incredibly So easy in fact, that 1 verse alone neatly does it, let's read
Gen 4:1 (I'll post part 2 as well because you will note the word:
AGAIN in it, further validating this was a repeat birth process for the same mother/father (Adam, not Satan)
Do not miss the
FROM THE LORD PART either, this is the part of the verse that the serpent seed proponents simply DON'T SEE in their bibles.
Gen 4:1 And
Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived,
and bare Cain, and said, I have
gotten a man from the LORD
Gen 4:2 And she
again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.
From the Lord, as ALL THINGS ARE...not to mention
Col 1:16 and at least a hundred other versus...but
Gen 4:1 even standing by itself neatly destroys the entire foundation of this false doctrine that has 0 scriptural basis, and it's right near the beginning of the Bible...to accept serpent seed theology after reading this scripture requires a level of scriptural gymnastics that only a devout Trinitarian could appreciate when he tries to defend the Trinity. Impressively imagined this heresy is, as they all are, it strokes the religious mind's PRIDE to adhere to it, but it is as carnal and unscriptural as a teaching can possibly be.
Note how even GOD Himself supports Cain's sibling-hood with Abel, yet offering more proof that they have the same father:

I rebuke this teaching, and most of all I rebuke the evil spirit of hatred that it breeds, in Jesus name!
